Hot Chocolate Coffee

The hot chocolate coffee is a delicious hot coffee drink for the winter season. Enjoy serving this drink with cookies for dessert or by itself as a sweet, rich treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1 cup hot, brewed coffee
  • Handful marshmallows (for topping)

Directions:

In a saucepan, whisk together milk, cocoa powder, and milk chocolate. Warm over heat until simmer. Continue to whisk until all the chocolate has completely melted. Then, add coffee and stir. Pour into a mug and top with marshmallows. Enjoy!

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brewed coffee
  • ¼ teaspoon red food coloring

In a saucepan, whisk together milk and sugar. Warm over medium heat until frothy. Add Nutella in the bottom of the mug. Pour espresso into mug and pour milk over it. Stir. Enjoy!


Caramel Latte

The caramel latte is a simple, yet delightfully delicious coffee drink which can transcend through Fall and Winter.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot coffee

Directions:

Combine milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until frothy and close to simmering. Reduce heat to low, whisk caramel sauce into saucepan with milk and brown sugar. Add vanilla extract to the saucepan gradually. Pour coffee into mug and flavored milk over. Enjoy!
